(undated)  --  Portland's Wilshire-Riverside is on to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.  The team defeated Idaho 15-3 in the Northwest Regional in San Bernardino, California on Saturday to complete a 4-and-0 finish to the tournament.  Wilshire-Riverside will play Pearland West of Pearland, Texas in the first round on Thursday.
