(Williamsport, PA) -- Wilshire Riverside is heading to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The team punched its ticket by winning the Northwest Regional championship in San Bernardino, California. Riverside is the first Portland team to reach Williamsport in 57 years.
