(San Francisco, CA)  --  Former 49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald has been indicted on a felony rape charge by a grand jury in Santa Clara County.  Current Niners linebacker Ahmad Brooks has also been charged with misdemeanor sexual battery for an alleged assault involving the same woman in the McDonald case on the same day.
