(Eugene, OR)  --  The Oregon Ducks have closed fall camp two-a-day practices without naming a starting quarterback.  Head coach Mark Helfrich says he didn't plan on making the decision a secret.  The Ducks have a team scrimmage today, so the staff gets another shot to evaluate their two quarterbacks, Jeff Lockie and Vernon Adams.
