(New York, NY)  --  Tom Brady's "deflategate" fate is now in the hands of a federal judge.  Richard M. Berman said Brady and the league have failed to work out a settlement over his four-game suspension and he will make a ruling most likely either today or tomorrow, but most certainly before the end of the week.
