(Renton, WA)  --  Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Kevin Norwood is being traded to the Carolina Panthers.  The Seahawks will receive an undisclosed 2017 draft pick in exchange.  Norwood played in nine games last season as a rookie for Seattle, and started two of those games.  The Hawks also made cuts to the roster to bring it to the NFL-mandated limit of 75, including center Lemuel Jeanpierre and defensive tackle D'Anthony Smith.
