(Seattle, WA)  --  The Mariners will try to win their series with Los Angeles tonight after defeating the Angels, 10-1.  Taijuan Walker pitched seven solid innings, allowing a run on four hits and striking out seven.  Seth Smith led Seattle's offensive barrage with a two-run homer in the second inning.  The Mariners and Angels will play again tonight at Safeco Field.
