(Eugene, OR)  --  Quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. is a game-time decision for Saturday's matchup with Georgia State.  The index finger on Adams' throwing hand is broken, and he and backup Jeff Lockie have been splitting reps with the starters this week in practice.  Adams says he broke the finger in Week One against his former school, Eastern Washington.
