(Eugene, OR)  --  Jeff Lockie threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns in his first career start, helping Oregon beat Georgia State, 61-28, in Eugene on Saturday.  Royce Freeman ran for 101 yards and a TD for the Ducks, who bounced back from a loss to Michigan State and are 2-and-1.  Oregon opens up Pac-12 play this weekend hosting Utah.
