(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers training camp is fast approaching.  Portland hosts its media day on September 28th before beginning camp.  The 2015-16 Blazers only return one starter from their Northwest Division championship team.  Portland opens its preseason on October 5th at the Moda Center against Sacramento.
