(New York, NY)  --  Don't expect the Patriots to be without quarterback Tom Brady any time soon.  The U.S. Court of Appeals is granting the NFL's request for an expedited hearing in "deflategate" case, but the schedule of court events virtually assures that Brady will play the entire 2015 season without fear of being suspended.
