(Renton, WA)  --  Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll says running back Marshawn Lynch looks like he's ready to go for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.  Carroll says Lynch, who's been recovering from a hamstring injury, will be "full-go" for practice today and tomorrow.  Carroll says All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner, who strained a pectoral muscle in last week's game with Cincinnati, is day-to-day.
