(Clatskanie, OR)  --  A recall election for Clatskanie Mayor Diane Pohl is set for November 17th.  Pohl has been embroiled in controversy for the way she handled a complaint against Police Chief Marvin Hoover.  The complaint said Hoover mocked African-Americans during a conversation with other officers.  Pohl was criticized for praising Hoover after the complaint was lodged.  The Columbia County elections office announced the recall election yesterday.
