(Milwaukie, OR)  --  All Milwaukie city employees will receive a 15-dollar-an-hour minimum wage.  The City Council voted last night to extend the city's minimum of 15 dollars to all seasonal employees, interns, and city contractors.  Milwaukie Mayor Mark Gamba says there needs to be a society in which people who work full time don't live in poverty.
