(Flushing, NY)  --  The Royals are World Series champions for the first time in 30 years.  Kansas City scored two runs in the ninth and five more in the 12th to pull out a 7-2 win over the Mets in Game Five of the Fall Classic.  The Royals clinched their first title since 1985.
