(Renton, WA)  --  Team officials say Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette has undergone successful neck surgery.  Lockette will be out for the season after he was the target of a violent block by the Cowboys' Jeff Heath during a punt return in Sunday's game.  Lockette suffered a concussion and serious neck ligament and disc issues.  Head coach Pete Carroll says it's too early to tell whether the injury is career-threatening.
