Hickson had 19 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks as the Nuggets knocked off the Trail Blazers, 108-104, in Denver.  Damian Lillard netted a game-high 30 to go along with seven assists for Portland, which has dropped two straight to fall to 4-and-4.  All five Blazer starters scored in double-figures in defeat.  The Blazers return home to the Moda Center to host the San Antonio Spurs tomorrow.
