(Renton, WA) -- Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll says Marshawn Lynch appears geared for a big second half of the season. Carroll says the star running back is in "very good shape" for mid-year and is excited about playing. Lynch, who missed two games and most of a third with injuries earlier in the season, was held out of practice yesterday for non-injury-related issues. The Seahawks are getting ready for Sunday's prime-time game with the Arizona Cardinals at CenturyLink Field.
