(Portland, OR) --  The Timbers started off the Western Conference Championship strong with a 3-1 win over FC Dallas at Providence Park in the first leg.  Liam Ridgewell, Dairon Asprilla and Nat Borchers had the goals.  They head to Frisco for the second leg this weekend.
