(Portland, OR)  --  Portland State is making a move in the latest FCS college football rankings.  The Vikings are up six spots to fifth in the Coaches Poll.  PSU defeated Eastern Washington 34-31 on Saturday.  The team finishes the regular season 9-and-2, and earned a sixth-seed and bye in the FCS playoffs.
