(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon for the third straight week is on the rise in the College Football Playoff rankings.  The committee moved the Ducks up three spots from 18th-to-15th in its second-to-last poll.  UO improved to 9-and-3 with a win over instate rival Oregon State last Friday.
