(Eugene, OR)  --  Tyler Dorsey racked up 25 points, eight rebounds and five assists to lead Oregon to an 88-60 rout of Western Oregon at Matthew Knight Arena.  Elgin Cook chipped in with 19 points and seven boards for the Ducks, who improved to 11-and-2.  The Ducks open Pac-12 play on the road at rival Oregon State Sunday.
