(Eugene, OR)  --  The Oregon Ducks next starting quarterback is on campus.  Graduate transfer Dakota Prukop from Montana State is beginning his two-year masters program.  He is likely to take over from last season's transfer student signal-caller, Vernon Adams Junior.  Prukop threw for over three-thousand-yards with 28 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.  He also ran for 797 yards and 11 more scores.
