(Frisco, TX)  --  Portland State football coach Bruce Barnum picked up his hardware as FCS National Coach of the Year this weekend at the awards show in Frisco, Texas.  Barnum coached PSU to a 9-and-3 record, including two wins over FBS schools.  Senior safety Patrick Onwuasor finished second in voting for National Defensive Player of the Year after recording nine interceptions.
