(Renton, WA)  --  Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is back at practice.  Head coach Pete Carroll says "Beast Mode" was a full participant in yesterday's workouts, but is still on "day to day" status as the Hawks prepare for this Sunday's divisional playoff game against Carolina.  Lynch, who's been recovering from abdominal surgery, stayed home last Sunday as the Seahawks earned a 10-9 win in the wild-card game with Minnesota.  Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell told SeattlePI.com that Lynch looked better yesterday than he did last week.
