(Santa Clara, CA)  --  Former Oregon head coach Chip Kelly is the new head coach of the San Francisco 49ers.  The Niners have named him the 20th head coach in franchise history, replacing the fired Jim Tomsula.  Kelly was recently fired as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles after three seasons.  He coached Oregon from 2009-2012, going 46-and-7.
