(Renton, WA)  --  Marshawn Lynch says he's ready.  That's the message that Lynch tweeted yesterday to ESPN's Kenny Mayne in response to a question about "Beast Mode's" status for Sunday's divisional playoff game against Carolina.  Lynch, who hasn't played since mid-November because of abdominal surgery, fully participated in practice the last two days.  After practicing last week, he pulled himself out of the lineup for the Minnesota game, telling head coach Pete Carroll he wasn't ready to play.
