(Eugene, OR)  --  University of Oregon is rising in the latest college basketball rankings.  The Ducks are up seven spots to 17th in the "USA Today" Top 25 Coaches' Poll.  The team leads the Pac-12 with a 7-and-2 conference record, and host Colorado and Utah this week.
