(Eugene, OR)  --  The Oregon Ducks added 19 players on National Signing Day and finished with the 24th-ranked class in the country according to Scout.com.  The Ducks secured commitments from four in-state players, which include Brady Breeze and Lamar Winston from Portland Central Catholic, Justin Herbert from Eugene Sheldon, and Cam McCormick from Bend Summit.  Also joining the Ducks is former Tigard standout A.J. Hotchkins, who spent 2015 in junior college.
