(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State guard Gary Payton the Second is the College Sports Madness National Player of the Week.  Payton averaged over 18 points, five assists and 3.5 steals per game in the Beavers back-to-back victories last week.  OSU visits Stanford and Cal this week.
