(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers are on a three-game winning streak following their 116-103 victory over Houston.  Damian Lillard scored 31 points and dished out nine assists last night as the Blazers moved into a seventh-place tie in the Western Conference standings.  Portland is going into the All-Star break having won eight of its last nine games.  The Blazers will host Golden State on February 19th.
