(Portland, OR)  --  With the NBA All-Star Game in the rear view mirror, the Portland Trail Blazers tip the unofficial start to the second half of the season on Friday.  The Blazers welcome the league's best team, the Golden State Warriors to the Moda Center.  Portland has won three in-a-row to improve to 27-and-27 overall.  The Warriors are an NBA-best 48-and-4.
