(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers tip the unofficial second half to the NBA season tomorrow night.  The Blazers welcome the reigning champion Golden State Warriors to the Moda Center.  Portland has won three in-a-row to improve to 27-and-27 overall.  The Dubs are off to the best 52-game start in league history at 48-and-4 on the season.
