McCollum netted 30 points as the Blazers beat the Kings 115-107 in Sacramento.  Maurice Harkless had 20 points and 16 rebounds for Portland, which has won five of six.  Damian Lillard added 22 points in the victory.  The Blazers host the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight at 7:00.
