(Corvallis, OR)  --  Quarterback Seth Collins is remaining at Oregon State after all.  Collins requested a transfer following last season, but will return to Corvallis next fall.  The rising sophomore threw for 936 yards and six touchdowns and four interceptions.  He also ran for 580 yards and eight touchdowns.
