Kobe Bryant capped his illustrious 20-year career with the Lakers
with a 60-point performance, scoring 17 consecutive fourth-quarter
points to rally Los Angeles to a 101-96 victory over the Jazz. It
was the sixth time Bryant reached the 60-point mark and first since
scoring 61 at Madison Square Garden against the Knicks on Feb. 2,
2009. The five-time NBA champion, who shot 22 of 50, finishes third
all-time with 33,643 points, trailing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl
Malone.
