(Eugene, OR)  --  For the second year in a row, the Oregon men's basketball team has landed a player of the year.  Kavell Bigby-Williams, the National Junior College Athletic Association player of the year, has signed a letter of intent to play for the Ducks.  Bigby-Williams averaged over 16 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks per game as a sophomore for Gillette College in Wyoming.
