(Portland, OR)  --  Portland scored three second-half goals as the Timbers defeated the San Jose Earthquakes, 3-1, in front of a sell-out crowd at Providence Park on Saturday.  Jack McInerney started the scoring for Portland, and Fanendo Adi finished it with two goals of his own.  The Timbers are off until Wednesday, April 27th when they travel to Gillette Stadium to face the New England Revolution.  Portland is 2-3-and-2 on the season.
