(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Portland Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stotts is the runner up for the NBA Coach of the Year.  Stotts finished second to Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr.  The honor was won by Kerr, who totaled 381 points to Stotts' 335 points.
