(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland State softball team has secured a berth in the Big Sky Conference Softball Championships.  The sixth-seeded Vikings will face third-seeded Idaho State on Thursday with the winner advancing to face second-seeded Sacramento State.  The tournament is being hosted by Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
