(Dallas, TX)  --  The Timbers dropped a tough road match to Dallas, 2-1, at Toyota Stadium.  Portland took a one-nil halftime lead thanks to a goal by Diego Valeri [[ VA-lehr-ee ]], but Dallas scored twice in the second half to rally for the win.  Portland drops to 3-5-and-3 with the loss.  The Timbers return home to face New York City at Providence Park on Sunday afternoon.
