(Oakland, CA) -- The defending-champion Warriors are going back to the Western Conference finals. It took another monster second half from Stephen Curry to push Golden State past the Trail Blazers, 125-121, at ORACLE Arena in Game Five of the semifinals. Curry scored 22 of his 29 points after halftime. Klay Thompson paced the Warriors with 33 as they won the best-of-seven series 4-to-1. Portland put up a valiant fight as C.J. McCollum tallied 27 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Damian Lillard added 28, seven helpers and seven boards in the loss.
