(Eugene, OR)  --  Swingman Elgin Cook is withdrawing from the NBA Draft and returning to University of Oregon.  ESPN reports Cook withdrew from the NBA Combine and is heading back to Eugene.  He was First-Team All-Pac-12 last season averaging 14.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists and helping the Ducks to the Elite Eight.
