(Tualatin, OR)  --  Following their second round exit in Game Five Wednesday night, the Trail Blazers are packing up for the offseason.  Blazers players, coaches and management collected their things at their practice facility to head off for the summer.  After replacing four starters, Portland went 44-and-38 and beat the Clippers in the first round before bowing out to Golden State.
