(Seattle, WA)  --  Baseball America's reigning college player of the year is the first player chosen by the Seattle Mariners in this year's Major League Baseball draft.  Kyle Lewis was picked eleventh overall out of Mercer University.  The center fielder hit .395 with 70 runs, eleven doubles, two triples, 20 homers, and 72 RBI this past season.
