(St. Petersburg, FL)  --  The Seattle Mariners are further back in second place in the AL West, after losing to Tampa Bay, 8-7.  The Rays rallied from a 7-4 deficit with help from a three-run homer by Evan Longoria.  Kyle Seager had a two-run round-tripper in the second inning for the Mariners.  Seattle will play again at Tampa Bay this evening.
