(Portland, OR)  --  Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard will not play for Team USA at the 2016 Summer Olympics.  Lillard has chosen to continue rehabilitating the plantar fasciitis injury that bothered him for much of the season.  Portland forward Al-Farouq Aminu will participate in the Games as part of Team Nigeria.
