(Hillsboro, OR)  --  The Hops topped the Volcanoes, 4-3, on an RBI single by Matt Railey in the bottom of the ninth inning.  Jake Winston picked up the win, striking out five over two innings of one-hit ball.  Hillsboro improved to 5-and-8 on the season.  The three-game series wraps up tonight at Ron Tonkin Field.
