(Kansas City, MO)  --  The Mariners are now off for the All-Star break.  Seattle is third in the American League West at 45-and-44.  The Mariners are eight-and-a-half games back in the division and five games out of an AL wild card spot.  The M's resume play Friday night at home against Houston.
