(Eugene, OR)  --  The family of U.S. Olympic track and field athlete Devon Allen have not made any NCAA violations trying to get to Rio for the summer games.  The family of the hurdler Allen, who competes collegiately at Oregon, set up a GoFundMe account to fund a trip to watch him compete next month.  The Allen's have raised nearly 23-thousand-dollars in donations.
